Heartland Consulting is actively searching for highly motivated individuals with an expansive background with Rstudio and Tableau to support our government client.


Requirements:

  • Generate and maintain comprehensive and effective documents, papers, studies, presentations, analytic scenarios necessary to accomplish the priorities and goals of the organization and Air Staff. Maintain quality control for staff packages each month and any staff actions to complete the tasks.

  • Provide at a minimum quarterly recommended Program Management Review schedule and approval process for all required deliverables.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Government owned readiness reporting, prediction, and analysis software, system schemes, and programs within 45 days of the base period performance start date.

  • Assist with providing briefings to include preparing documentation for briefings, conferences, and demonstrations on the ANG Readiness Enterprise. The enterprise includes analysis of readiness reports from DRRS from over 1,270 ANG units, as well as key personnel, force structure, funding/resourcing, logistics/maintenance /sustainment, equipment, training, and operational interactions in the context of the ANG's capability and capacity to fulfill requirements of the NMS.

  • Maintain skills in a cross section of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) analytic tools, such as RStudio and Tableau as well as statistical analysis techniques.

  • Support Readiness Division's effort of training and educating ANG members on readiness reporting systems and data accuracy. This includes maintaining the Readiness Division's distribution websites, shared drives, reporting sites.

  • Provide analytics on training and educating data to support trends and efficiencies within ANG readiness reporting.

  • Conduct detailed research and analyses to assist in development and support of implementation plans, executive reports, and existing reports and projects. Analyze, gather, implement readiness reporting data for ANG-wide integration through the deliberate leveraging of military activities, to include analyzing operational readiness challenges.

  • Lead data gathering and analysis consistent with changing conditions, operational environments, and strategy efforts to meet operational readiness requirements.

  • Provide in-depth analytic and evaluative skills in collection and dissemination of historical and current readiness information to provide data and responses to leadership.

  • Observe, analyze, and translate operational readiness challenges into analytic constructs for use in addressing long term, recurring issues and in addressing time-critical, one-time issues (e.g., within four hours of senior leader request for analysis).

Top Secret Clearance
Extensive (5 years) Knowledge of Rstudio and Tableau
