POSITION SUMMARY

This person will provide financial analysis and decision support for the real estate finance team. The position will report to Real Estate Finance Senior Manager. Primary support will include month-end / quarter-end close processes, AOP and financial reporting. The position will also support ad hoc reporting and analysis for decision support capabilities that drive successful business outcomes.

Day-to-Day

• Generate various financial analysis reports, accruals, and variance to plan summaries.

• Assist in the preparation of strategic plan, annual budget, and forecasting.

• Assist with financial reporting using SAP, NBPLAN and BI tools.

• Leverage various software tools to provide flexible reporting.

• Establish and enhance processes for efficient and consistent reporting.

• Develop and update meaningful metrics and reporting tools that can facilitate decision-making.

• Support reporting to executive leadership.

• Prepare and maintain process documentation.

Minimum work experience requirement:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field

• Experience with SAP, SQL and Hyperion is strongly preferred

• Experience with business modelling tools such as Power BI and power query

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros and lookup formulas) and working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products

• Strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated in achieving goals and completing routine tasks timely and accurately

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and handling confidential information

• Must be able to work independently as well as be part of a team within a matrix environment.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in simple terms.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
