  • Technical Support: Provide comprehensive tech support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues and managing help desk requests.   • Banking Systems Administration: Administer and support banking applications such as Symitar Episys, iPay Bill Pay, and others. Test and document updates, resolve application issues, and manage third-party security access. Develop and implement software-related procedures and standards.

  • Development: Offer recommendations for system optimization and participate in project implementations, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment. Assist with project planning, documentation, and communication. Act as a liaison between end-users, analysts, and consultants to ensure system efficiency and compliance.

  • Additional Duties: Contribute to the annual budget, provide backup for IT staff, stay current with technology trends, and engage in continuous learning about the Credit Union industry. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in project management or business analytics.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, knowledge of operating systems, and familiarity with SQL commands and Crystal Reports.
