Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Executive located in Northern California. The role can be based in Sacramento or San Francisco, CA. The AE will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and maintaining relationships with Freelancers and retailers, generating sales, training and educating, coaching, mentoring, managing budgets, recruiting, staffing and managing accounts. The successful candidate will be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, has exceptional selling, training, artistry, communication, organizational and negotiation skills. This position requires rotating the region and being in store 4 days, with 1 full office day per week.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Min 5 years experience working in cosmetics/skincare sales
  • Previous AE/AC experience working with ULTA for another cosmetics company is mandatory
