Implementation Specialist

We're Frontdesk, a leading provider of digital guidebook software for short-term rental hosts (ie., Airbnb, VRBO) and boutique hotels. Our platform empowers operators to earn significant incremental income by offering exceptional guest experiences on-stay.


We're seeking a detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on partnering with our customers to create and customize Frontdesk digital guidebooks for their properties.


What you'll do:

  • Input, edit, organize, and refine house information for digital guidebooks
  • Select and curate local area attractions for interactive maps
  • Choose and merchandise upsells for hosts to offer through their Frontdesk-powered upsell store
  • Research local areas to identify top restaurants, activities and other attractions which will be added to digital local guides
  • Utilize Frontdesk's BrandKit feature to apply branded elements to each guide


What you'll need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency with technology, including GSuite and ability to quickly learn basic proprietary systems
  • Basic image manipulation skills in Canva (sizing, aspect ratio, compression, background removal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
