Location: Various locations across Washington

Phlebotomists are responsible for drawing blood from patients for testing transfusions or donations. They ensure patient comfort and safety during the procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform venipunctures and capillary collections accurately and safely.
  • Prepare and label blood samples for laboratory testing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
  • Educate patients about the blood collection process.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and excellent handeye coordination.
