Responsibilities:

  • Optimize time through effective calendar management and scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Organizing and booking travel arrangements, including creating detailed travel itineraries
  • Prepare and submit expenses reports
  • Schedule and coordinate special events and meetings as needed
  • Project planning and logistics coordination for learning and development activities
  • Support all ad-hoc day-to-day activities; facilitating communication with external stakeholders
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures
  • Anticipate needs, provide high-level executive administrative support and project management tasks


Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting C-Level Executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with limited supervision
  • Exceptionally strong skills working in MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
