  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person, resolving IT-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with basic network administration tasks.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of user accounts and access permissions.
  • Help manage IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required, providing support and contributing to their successful completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field, and assist in evaluating their potential impact on the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in a technical support role or relevant internships/co-op placements would be an asset, but not required.
