Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that help maintain efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist with invoice management and expense tracking.
- Provide support in preparing documents, contracts, and other materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
- Perform general office tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Ensure a smooth flow of communication within the office and with external contacts.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
