Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that help maintain efficient office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle office supply orders and maintain inventory.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist with invoice management and expense tracking.
  • Provide support in preparing documents, contracts, and other materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication within the office and with external contacts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
