Job description


At Kitchen365, we offer comprehensive kitchen design services, assist with digital marketing to generate leads, and specialize in constructing fast and efficient Order Management Systems for cabinet businesses. Experiencing rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Sales Director to spearhead our expansion. We are specifically looking for a qualified sales leader with expertise in the kitchen, bath, or flooring industry. The ideal candidate should possess experience in the kitchen cabinet and/or flooring sector and a strong understanding of e-commerce and selling SAAS based products. We seek a dynamic sales leader who can:


  • Establish rapid connections with cabinet dealers and distributors.
  • Illustrate the advantages of selling cabinets online.
  • Successfully close sales for the B2C and B2B Subscription based Order Management Systems and Kitchen Design & Digital Marketing Professional Services

Responsibilities


  • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.
  • Drive sales performance with a focus on monthly revenue targets
  • Prepare and update demos and quotes partnering with account management team.
  • Build and cultivate client relationships.

What do you need?

  • Possess a minimum of four years of sales experience, demonstrating expertise in relationship-building and deal-closing.
  • Display strong self-motivation, with a drive to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Exhibit proficiency in cold calling, travel, email communication, and marketing mailers.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player. Strong leadership skills.
  • Hold a college degree or possess equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in sales.
