Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: 9am-3:30pm (30 hours per week)

Pay: $23


What You'll Do:

  • Daily Operations: Ensure all daily activities are executed according to Forrest Solutions Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility, including project work and administrative details.
  • Appearance & Cleanliness: Responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of public spaces.
  • Maintenance Duties: Perform "handyman" tasks such as sheet rocking, plastering, light carpentry, hanging pictures, and setting up or maintaining light fixtures.
  • Order Fulfillment: Complete order requests, light construction and carpentry, external and internal painting.
  • Stock Management: Handle stock/inventory orders and pickups.
  • Vendor Coordination: Escort contractors and work with outside contractors on building and equipment repairs.
  • Event Support: Assist with interoffice moves, meeting setups, and audio-visual (AV) setups for meetings or conferences.
  • Security Coverage: Provide coverage for security tours and cover when team members are out of the office.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate site equipment using hand and power tools as necessary.
  • Vendor Research: Conduct vendor research to ensure quality service.
  • Lawn Maintenance: Oversee lawn maintenance services.
  • Additional Support: Assist in any other reasonable requests for assistance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior facilities experience preferred.
  • Skills: General knowledge of trades such as carpentry, painting, moving, locksmith, plumbing. Safety
