Role: Payroll Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA - 92606

Duration: 6 Months


Key Responsibilities:

• Independently seek, develop, and propose improvements to efficiently process high-volume bi-weekly payroll cycle including overseeing system upgrades, releases, patches, enhancements.

• Developing spreadsheets for independent determination of payroll requirements.

• Time Management System (TMS): Identifying business solution improvements; establish vendor requirements to ensure the delivery of solutions

• Lead portions of projects including developing and delivering training, communication, and ensuring adoption by users.

• Determine need for and provide guidance to employees to ensure their understanding of a variety of payroll implications, e.g., multi-state taxation, relocation, LOA.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Accounting, Computer Systems, or related field, 4 years’ experience in Payroll analysis required
