Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role in managing and supporting various provider compensation tasks. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Address employee inquiries using our efficient case management ticketing system.
  • Facilitate the review and setup of provider contracts in our compensation system.
  • Handle  incentive contracts, from calculation to payroll entry.
  • Ensure smooth execution of monthly incentives and semi-monthly draws/advances.
  • Accurately process final pay calculations and prepare payroll files for provider terminations.
  • Manage additional pay processes (e.g., Training, Sick, Honorarium) with thorough documentation.
  • Support the payroll team in handling overpayments.
  • Communicate payroll policies and procedures clearly to Regional Partners, Managers, and field staff.
  • Compile data for various departmental requests.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, contributing to our team’s success.
