Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle multi-state payroll experience
  • Analyze and generate reports related to payroll, compensation, and garnishments
  • Managed internal and external inquires and resolving crucial payroll related questions
  • Maintain and update systems related to new hires, terminations, compensation adjustments, bonuses, etc.
  • Knowledge of Federal, Local, State payroll laws and reporting standards
  • Experience with SOX compliance and payroll audits
  • Payroll tax reporting duties​​

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Payroll required, senior level is desired
  • Knowledge of various payroll systems and strong MS Excel skills
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Payroll Certification (CPP) - preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
