Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience as Commercial Project Manager.
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once (Will be running 3 to 4 here).
  • Experience managing both ground up and new construction builds.
  • Team player with strong leadership skills, great written and spoken communication skills, self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset and delivers a positive image of our company with building owners, subcontractors, design professionals.


Preferred:

  • Experience proficiently handling invoice processing, preparing pay applications, managing subcontract agreements, and reviewing job cost reports promptly.
  • Experienced in precast, conventional steel, wood frame, and pre-engineered metal building construction—skills essential for our diverse project mix.
  • Experience working on new build construction on commercial buildings up to 6 million square feet.
