Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of progressive field construction experience, with at least 5 years in a field supervisory role. A high level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities are essential, along with proficiency in reading plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise self-performed concrete and carpentry on large scale vertical projects (over 5MM, up to 100MM)
  • Manage project finances and ensure thorough understanding of project costs
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules, including predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags
  • Prepare and adjust monthly billings, as well as Requests for Information and Schedule of Values
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive field construction experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a field supervisory role
  • High level of technical knowledge and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record meeting standards of insurability
  • Familiarity with contract administration, PM software (ProCore preferred), and Microsoft Suite
