Job Overview:


Redwood Outdoors is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Account Executive with 1-2 years of experience in full cycle sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating a full sales cycle including prospecting, outbound calls, email/phone engagement, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients and engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  2. Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target organizations.
  3. Prospect/Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  4. Present product/service offerings and value propositions effectively to prospects.
  5. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for driving revenue growth.
  7. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales or telesales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  4. Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone presence.
  5. Ability to build rapport with prospects and establish long-term business relationships.
  6. Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and handling objections.
  7. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
  8. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  9. Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and sales cycle management.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
