About Us:

Platinum Recruiting Group is partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing building material company based in Shelbyville, IN. We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Shelbyville, IN

Contract Duration: 2-3 years

Compensation: Approx. $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Benefits: None


Role Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone returning to the workforce after a break. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, primarily supporting the accounting team.


Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls

- Managing filing systems and records

- Ordering and maintaining office supplies

- Providing general clerical support to the accounting team

- Assisting with other administrative duties as needed
