Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies identified by executive leadership.
  • Work closely with department managers and team members across all departments to coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, in alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of project plans, monitor progress, hold team members accountable to deadlines and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, department managers, and project teams, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably with diverse experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading and completing cross-functional projects.
