Job Description:

We are seeking a Production / Technical Support IV professional with 4 to 7 years of experience in a production support role. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in analyzing, triaging, and resolving production issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • MuleSoft Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience with MuleSoft 3+/4+.
  • Integration Skills: Proficient in Mule integrations including HTTP, listeners, SOAP, and REST.
  • Connector Knowledge: Strong expertise with various connectors/endpoints and DataWeave Language (DWL).
  • AnyPoint Platform: Comfortable working with the AnyPoint platform for Mule environments.
  • JVM Troubleshooting: Solid understanding of JVM configuration and troubleshooting (e.g., start/stop issues).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead triage calls and effectively articulate both technical and non-technical details.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in production support with a focus on resolving complex issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of MuleSoft and associated technologies.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems.
  • Experience in Database, Network, or Server administration is a plus.
