Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of nursing care, the performance of assigned staff, and unit management 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, for designated clinical area(s). Works closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure continuity of care across the continuum. Minimal supervision required.

Required Qualifications :
- Meet the criteria to sit for the NCLEX examination and become licensed in the State of Texas.
- JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices:
- Maintains radiation safety training annually.
- Maintains conscious sedation education annually.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, for:
- Hospital/Clinic.
- Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research.
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Pediatric Emergency Department.
- Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit.
- JACC, Within 2 years of employment.
- upon hire: Texas Registered Nurse License
- upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- upon hire: TNCC, ENPC - TNCC and ENPC Instructor preferred (for Manager, Pediatric Trauma Program)
- 2 years Clinical experience in specific clinical area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, for: Staffing Operations Nurse Manager:
- Master's Degree in Nursing, for:
- Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
- Pediatric Emergency Department.
- Pediatric Medical Surgical Unit.
- Master's Degree for Invasive and Non-Invasive Cardiac Services Education and Research.
- Upon hire: Specialty certification related to practice
- Upon hire: Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association
- Upon hire: National oncology certification (OCN), Maintains chemotherapy hospital-based certification every 2 years (for JACC Medical Oncology and Physicians Offices)
- Supervisory/leadership experience.
