Acute Care RN, Emergency Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Acute Care RN to join our Emergency Services team at Covenant Health Plainview. As a critical care nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
