Acute Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Services team at Covenant Health Plainview. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License.
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least 1 year of RN experience in an emergency or critical care setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
