The right applicant to market and promote our services as an Account Manager.

The Account Manager is the primary Tressent Group contact with prospective & existing clients and is responsible for the client relationships along with increasing business by obtaining investigative assignments within his or her sales district existing client base.

As a key member of our Sales team the Account Manager will increase revenue by generating and qualifying leads and then converting those opportunities into sales.

The Account Manager will create and maintain successful relationships with our current and future clients and will strategize with our clients to establish a mutually beneficial partnership promote our services and products to prospective and current clientele and travel throughout the required area of operation to market our investigative services.

Position Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with our current and future clients.
  • Strategize with our clients to establish a mutually beneficial partnership.
  • Servicing existing clients through weekly biweekly inperson sales calls to receive referrals solicit feedback and reconcile service issues related to all lines of business.
  • Promote our services and products to potential and current clients.
  • Travel throughout coverage areas to market our Firm.
  • Coordinates firm s marketing activity for their assigned area utilizing professional marketing & sales skills.
  • Facilitates client development and service programs.
Additional Duties:
  • Attend conferences and events related to the investigations OR related to the industries of our clientbase such as legal insurance etc.
  • Train in sales skills and presentation techniques.
Client Communications
  • Assisting management in preparing proposals prospect and client capabilities presentations and responses to RFP (Requests For Proposals).
  • Coordinate all internal and external requests for marketing material.
  • Assist in finding/maintaining relationships with clients (i.e. corporations agencies firms etc.)
Public Relations / Advertising
  • Assist Management as necessary in designing comprehensive strategic marketing plans for the Firm its practice areas and staff members.
  • Maintain supply of marketing materials; inventory.
  • Maintaining and utilizing local inventory of marketing materials (ie. brochures folders promotional items).
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with Management and staff.
Business Development
  • Researching and gathering information as directed by management on prospect clients and business sectors.
  • Assisting in designing implementing collating and reporting surveys to further the firm s understanding of clients prospects and market forces (ie. client satisfaction surveys market analysis public opinion focus groups).
  • Supports the business development efforts of Tressent Group and assists in the provision of marketing services to our clients.
Administrative
