Job Description/Responsibilities:

The Hybrid Graphic Designer (AI + Traditional) will play a key role in our fast-paced innovation ecosystem, using their expertise to rapidly visualize new product and packaging concepts. This role focuses on bringing ideas to life through compelling visuals, fueling iterative learning and decision-making within a large CPG company.

Instead of focusing on polished, final designs, this role prioritizes speed and iteration, creating a constant flow of visual stimuli for testing and feedback. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, translating their ideas into tangible representations that can be used for consumer research, internal alignment, and rapid prototyping.
