Position Summary: Due to our continued growth, we have created a new role for a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our team in Simi Valley. This role requires an individual with a strong eye for design, a keen understanding of brand aesthetics, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the evolution of our brand as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative assets across a variety of platforms, including digital, print, social media, and packaging.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

• Maintain consistency in design standards across all platforms and mediums.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.

• Prepare and present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• 3-8 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including digital and print.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills.
