LTIMindtree is focused on hiring a Consulting Lead for the Manufacturing Unit to service a key account within the Manufacturing Business Unit. The role will lead and develop a team of consultants to deliver exceptional advisory services to our clients in the manufacturing sector They will be responsible for developing strategies guiding process improvements implementing best practices IT solutions leveraging extensive industry experience and utilizing AI to provide cutting edge solutions that enhance our clients manufacturing operations and competitiveness



Manufacturing Consulting Leader


Job Summary


Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage the Manufacturing Consulting team to deliver high quality consulting services including IT and AI driven solutions with a deep understanding of industry specific challenges and opportunities


Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that incorporate IT advancements industry insights and AI capabilities


Drive business development activities including identifying new opportunities proposal development and contract negotiations with a focus on industry specific trends IT innovations and AI applications


Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT and AI specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while aligning with industry standards and leveraging AI for optimal results


Stay abreast of industry trends technologies regulatory changes IT innovations and best practices within the manufacturing sector with a particular focus on AI advancements


Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of new services intellectual property IT strategies and AI applications with a focus on industry relevance


Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field Masters degree or MBA preferred


Minimum of 20 years of experience in manufacturing consulting or a related advisory role with a significant focus on IT solutions extensive industry experience and a strong understanding of AI applications


Proven track record of leading successful teams and delivering consulting projects that include IT implementations are informed by deep industry knowledge and utilize AI for innovative solutions


Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex manufacturing IT industryspecific and AIrelated concepts to a broad audience


Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills


Willingness to travel as required to meet business needs


Desired Skills


In depth knowledge of manufacturing processes Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies IT systems industry specific challenges and solutions and AI technologies


Experience with digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector including the integration of IT solutions adaptation to industry changes and implementation of AI driven solutions


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on IT driven industry informed and AI enhanced solutions


Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment with a keen understanding of industry dynamics and AI potential
