They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with customers and work to provide exceptional customer service.


JOB OVERVIEW AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the sales of a high-profit portfolio of accounts
  • Sales support including meeting preparation, recap, daily communication, order processing, and flow to production.
  • Appointment preparation: Prepare the showroom/samples for Customer appointments following the strategy discussed with the Executive Salesperson / Leadership teams.
  • Prepare recaps / PDFs of all meetings in a timely manner and disseminate them to all stakeholders.
  • Developments: Put the developments in with the design team and ensure close follow-up
  • Item Setups - create and manage the item setup process with a solid SOP, and regular maintenance to ensure the latest updates are in place.
  • Samples: Follow-up on all customer development samples (Photo sample, etc.)
  • PDFs and customer presentations: Prepare new development PDFs to boost sales
  • Daily Communication with customers.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and handle the pressure of a fast- paced environment

• Great organizational skills

• Attention to details

• Can work in Excel
