Job SummaryWe are seeking a talented Junior Apparel Designer to contribute to our team's success. As a Junior Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for creating original art and putting prints into repeat, and cleaning prints for our clients. You will work closely with our design team to create on-trend looks for juniors and missy apparel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of the commercial print market for juniors apparel.
- Create on-trend looks for juniors and missy apparel for several different clients in the same season.
- Design original art and put prints into repeat, and clean prints.
- Develop feminine and versatile designs with a range of style.
- Match color precisely and accurately.
- Take direction from management and work independently.
- Seek out opportunities to contribute to the team's success.
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design.
- 3+ years of full-time professional CAD / Graphic design experience in the apparel industry.
- Excellent sense of style and color.
- In-depth knowledge of print repeats, print cleaning, and creating prints.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize different types of work independently.
- Ability to provide quick turnaround time with work.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Expert knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator Skills. Additional experience with Ned Graphics is a plus.

Salary range: $65K - $85K
*As a private company, Golden Touch may pay more or less than the published upper limit of the pay range based on an individual's demonstrated experience and expertise in their field.
