With an impressive multibillion-dollar annual turnover, the company is expanding rapidly in Atlanta and is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join their Interiors/TI group, also known as Special Projects.


Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager in our Interiors/TI group, your primary focus will be on business development and the strategic expansion of our Atlanta business unit. You will leverage your strong client network and relationship-building skills to bring in new work and increase revenue, while also supporting project management and estimating activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development efforts to expand the Interiors/TI business unit, focusing on high-end renovation and tenant improvement projects.
  • Utilize your strong local client network to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, attending meetings, site visits, and dinners to foster strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including estimating, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Support project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Engage in strategic planning and development initiatives to drive business growth.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on Interiors/TI projects.
  • Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong local client network in Atlanta and a passion for client-facing interactions.
  • Experience in project management and estimating is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • A collaborative mindset and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
