FICC Singapore Build-OutSupport the Head of FICC Singapore in developing a fully functional front-to-back operating model.Ensure effective coordination across functions and establish robust workflows and governance processes.Develop and implement a comprehensive operational risk framework, overseeing incident management, remediation, and regulatory compliance.Drive process optimization to ensure FICC Singapore's operations are fully aligned with international standards.Transformation & Change ManagementLead strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across FICC International.Manage complex change programs including process re-engineering, system migration, and workflow redesign.Collaborate with platform team to coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure effective adoption of new platforms, processes, and controls.Promote a culture of innovation and adaptability to change across the division.Stakeholder Management & CommunicationsServe as the central bridge between front-office and middle/back-office teams in driving the international business strategy, ensuring effective communication and alignment of business goals.Provide regular updates to the Management Committee on key issues and the progress and results of internationalization efforts, analyze FICC's overseas financial performance in the context of the market environment, and offer actionable recommendations.Assist the Management Committee in drafting and organizing reporting materials related to business inquiries from the Hong Kong and Singapore regulators, and maintain smooth communication with overseas regulatory authorities.QualificationExtensive industry experience, particularly in Product Control, Operations, Finance, Transformation, and COO functions.Strong expertise in change management, with hands-on experience leading major technology and organizational transformation programs, including the implementation or replacement of risk and valuation platforms.Deep knowledge of regulatory and governance frameworks, with practical experience in regulatory interactions, data governance, and compliance.Proven stakeholder management and people leadership skills, capable of driving and mobilizing change across teams and functions.Relevant educational background supporting the above competencies.
