We'd love to meet you
TheHR Clerkis a professional who completes administrative duties for the HR department and provides support to employees. This role aids with employee records, payroll processing, onboarding documentation for local and remote employees.
Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Answering employee questions and providing outstanding customer service to organization employees.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees and members of the HR management team.
- Reviews and edits hours in the time clock to correct missed punches once they are approved.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Maintains and updates accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Processes required paperwork for new hire orientations, pay increases, and other employment matters.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Required).
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources (Preferred).
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Highly analytical mindset.
- Proficient with or the ability to learn Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and similar computer applications.

NEW MEXICO'S FIRST -Rio Valley Biofuels, LLC was the first commercial producer of biodiesel in the Southwest. We distribute biodiesel as well as diesel fuels and gasoline in Texas, New Mexico, and the surrounding states.
