Job Details
Join our team as an HVAC Controls Technician and contribute to making buildings smarter, safer, more energy-efficient, and comfortable.
Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and commission HVAC control systems, including temperature sensors, thermostats, dampers, actuators, and variable frequency drives.
- Conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure proper operation and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot system malfunctions, utilizing knowledge of control systems, wiring diagrams, and electrical components.
- Collaborate with the team to integrate control systems with HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient operation.
- Perform system testing and balancing to verify accuracy and functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues on control system operations and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, inspections, and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Controls Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting control system diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems and BAS (Building Automation Systems).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
