The Customer Service Representative for Leica Biosystems is responsible is part of the Customer Service Team located in Deer Park, Illinois and will be onsite. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Service and is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, processing a high volume of orders accurately and managing all aspects of the customer order fulfillment process which includes order entry through delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Process daily orders through multiple channels (phone, email, fax, EDI)
  • Professionally handle incoming requests from externals and internal customers and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Meet all ISO and budgetary guidelines with the objective of providing high quality support to Leica's customers while continually striving to improve customer satisfaction.

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • High School degree required; Associates' degree preferred.
  • 2+ years work experience
  • Fluency in the French language to service our Canadian Customers

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Customer Service
  • Experience in an SAP environment

The role requires the candidate to be fluent in both spoken and written French. You should be able to communicate confidently in French in everyday conversations and write clearly and accurately in the language.
