Customer Experience Specialist Role Profile
At Diventures, we use our passion and the power of water to impact lives, change the world, and have fun doing it The Customer Experience Specialist contributes to our mission by creating positive experiences for our customers, sharing product knowledge, providing gear and class recommendations, and facilitating sales in the store.
The Customer Experience Specialist works with friendliness, professionalism, and integrity to understand each customer's unique needs and aspirations, ranging from learning how to swim, advancing their scuba skills, getting the latest dive equipment, or going on a bucket-list dive trip.
By proactively engaging customers in-person, on the phone, and through email, the Customer Experience Specialist builds lasting relationships with customers and offers them continued opportunities to enjoy the water. The Customer Experience Specialist must be confident presenting information in a one-on-one or small group setting to our customers.
The Customer Experience Specialist also helps us maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store, with an exceptional visual presentation of products, ensuring the customer's first and lasting impressions are exceptional.

We're looking for someone who wants to be an expert in course and equipment sales and will apply their knowledge and experience to every customer interaction. You will work alongside your store team to hit monthly sales targets.
