The Project Manager is responsible for securing and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet financial goals and customer expectations. This role involves leading project teams, coordinating resources, and overseeing daily activities to deliver successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Lead meetings, develop contracts, and build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Project Planning: Create and update project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Handle project estimates, proposals, and contracts.
  • Financial Management: Ensure projects are profitable by managing costs, cash flow, and billing. Keep management informed of financial status.
  • Engineering Oversight: Work with the engineering team to design and configure systems. Oversee project construction to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Material Management: Handle the procurement of materials, monitor usage, and manage inventory efficiently.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues, seek opportunities for improvement, and manage change orders.
  • Team Collaboration: Support ongoing projects, coordinate service transitions, and maintain a strong office presence.
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and ensure compliance throughout the project.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 10+ years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consult with others as needed.
  • Familiarity with construction practices and basic ALC programming.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and maintain integrity in all dealings.
