Details:
The Assistant Director of Clinical Services works under the Director to support and direct our C.N.A team. They are responsible for hiring of qualified hospice personnel: the provision of hospice services, directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. The duties include but are not limited to:
Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
Monitoring nursing staff performance and addressing any QA issues
Clinical policy and procedure support
Assisting the Director in identifying & resolving nursing department deficiencies
Monitoring implementation of correction plans
Qualifications:
A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
5 years in healthcare industry preferred
2 years of experience working in Leadership
Current RN or LPN licensure (in good standing) in the state of practice
