Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Support Specialist at Black Mountain Dynamics. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day support of our Network Operations Center. Tasks include front line technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation of incidents. The role is primarily located in Mountain View, CA, but offers significant flexibility remote work.


Qualifications

  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with desktop computers and information technology
  • Proficient in providing help desk support
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of network security and data protection is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are beneficial
