We are seeking a Bilingual Chinese HR Assistant to support a to support a warehouse in Houston for a global manufacturing company who consistently deliver exciting, responsibly sourced products for the modern home, connecting deeply with customers.

Job Title:Bilingual HR Assistant
Location:Houston, TX
Onsite

Whats the Job?

  • Will assist the Manager in analyzingand constructing the companys organizational structure, job titles, job grades, and salary ranges (including full-time employees of FDG and hourly employees affiliated with the staffing agency Spiretek).
  • Research and plan the establishment of reward and punishment systems and attendance management systems.
  • Notify and announce annual paydays and national holiday arrangements.
  • Plan corporate/personal insurance and conduct annual research for policy renewals.
  • Research and maintain 401K retirement accounts and HSA health savings accounts.
  • Review existing HR forms and create additional relevant HR forms

Whats Needed?
  • 3-5 years + knowledge of local labor laws and policies
  • Language Requirement: Bilingual (Chinese/English)
