Product Line Performance And Enablement Manager - Hybrid Cloud And Ai OfferingsWe are seeking a talented and experienced Product Line Manager to lead performance management and enablement strategies for our Hybrid Cloud and AI offerings. This role is pivotal in driving offering success post-launch by collaborating with offering managers, sales teams, and enablement functions to ensure revenue growth, margin optimization, and market relevance.Key ResponsibilitiesOffering Performance ManagementMonitor pipeline and performance against planAnalyze offering performance and provide actionable recommendationsServe as the focal point for offering managers on performance metrics and enablement needsP&L ManagementSet and track revenue and margin targetsProvide insights to optimize profitability across offeringsSales Collaboration & EnablementPartner closely with sales teams to gather feedback on offering gaps and obstaclesWork with sales enablement to design and launch programs that drive product adoption and sales effectivenessSupport sales business cadences and initiativesPortfolio OptimizationFocus on specific offerings and geographies to ensure tailored strategiesParticipate in lifecycle management by identifying underperforming offers and recommending rationalizationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience8+ years of experience in Product Line Management, preferably in cloud or AI technologiesPreferred Qualifications:Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-makingExcellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teamsExperience with sales enablement and post-launch product lifecycle activitiesAbility to manage multiple offerings and drive performance in a dynamic environmentStrong communication skills, including written and verbal EnglishThe base salary range budgeted for this position is $145,000-188,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions.
