Job Description: Business Analyst - Infrastructure Team

Location: Naperville, IL (Initial 5 days onsite, transitioning to 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension

Pay Rate: $55/hr W2

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Infrastructure Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure business analysis and experience managing large-scale projects. Key skills include proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), ServiceNow (SNOW), Power BI, and Confluence, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clarity and documentation.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking, documentation, and management.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery and meet timelines.
  • Conduct detailed problem-solving to resolve project challenges and achieve objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications and user guides.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in infrastructure or IT environments.
  • Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Confluence, with strong reporting skills.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.

Notes: Candidate must be local to Naperville, IL, initially onsite 5 days per week with a transition to 3 days onsite per week.
