Job Title: Business Analyst (Infrastructure)

Hybrid: Naperville, IL



Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and thorough documentation.
  • Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems, enhancing team efficiency and project outcomes.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an infrastructure or IT environment.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW, and Confluence, with a focus on reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to apply them in project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.
