In this critical role, you must be able to build a team that is *dedicated* and *committed* to excellence, with open communication, where all team members have a voice. You will need to have 3-5 years of management/supervisor/lead experience and have a proven track record of leading direct reports.
As a *Production Supervisor*, you will need 3-5 years of production experience in manufacturing roles, having direct reports and shop floor accountability. You will need excellent *multi-tasking skills* with the ability to handle multiple projects with multiple deadlines, demonstrating an ability to prioritizing between what is urgent and what is important. You will be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver information, whether good or bad.
*What else can help you succeed in this role?*
* Use your organizational and multitasking skills to oversee production.
* Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to complete required daily and monthly reports on attendance, machine efficiency, scrap, process improvement, etc. (ERP/SAP experience is a plus)
* Conducting daily Gemba walks, safety audits and quality checks is a huge plus
