In this role, you will seamlessly integrate internal and external communication channels while collaborating with global teams. You will lead communication activities to educate and inspire our employees and potential customers about the impact of our solutions.
What will you do?
- Support the business with clear communications that ensure employees are aligned with the business needs and understand their role in the success of the business
- Foster a culture of growth and innovation - create inspiring and energizing comms that help demonstrate what's possible
- Drive cross-team collaboration - be the communication bridge within the EcoStruxure Power teams and with and broader Energy Management Business
- Build and execute a communications calendar
- Amplify internally and externally our value prop and narrative for EcoStruxure Power
- Partner with the leadership team on the development of external facing messaging for our end-user value prop and EcoStruxure Power narrative, including power digitalization
- Manage the EcoStruxure Power Viva Engage group including writing content, responding to posts, doing basic video editing as needed for short video clips
- Maintain the internal sharepoint site as an updated and trusted single source of truth about and for the EcoStruxure Power teams
- Manage the EcoStruxure Power Open Lines and digital webinars by coordinating content with the leaders, providing strategic communications guidance, and managing the logistics for execution.
- Work with the leaders to plan and execute social media to amplify business priorities and key assets.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to use analytics to measure impact
- Video editing skills
- Virtual event organization skills and comfortable going on camera to animate a teams meeting and/or video
- Community management via online tools like sharepoint, viva engage, and virtual events
- Able to integrate into multiple teams and balance multiple loads and demands
- Eager to learn, creative and innovative
- Flexible and able to work in a highly-matrixed global organization collaborating across time zones
- Open to change and shifting priorities, platforms, and responsibilities
- Self starter / self sufficient - being able to run with something and execute it while also being proactive and willing to ask for help
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor degree in Communication / Marketing / Business or related field
- 1 - 3 years experience in communications, marketing, or creative agencies
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Results-driven communications mindset that prioritizes the needs of the business
