As VP, Demand Generation, you will lead strategic development and execution of demand generation initiatives across the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, development and retention strategies. With a proven track record in creating and launching demand generation, lead generation, account based marketing, and inbound marketing campaigns you'll drive an impact on optimizing our pipeline and engaging our target audiences at the right time with the right message and experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving company growth objectives supported by a strong analytical acumen and communication skills to align cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.

How you will make a difference:
  • Drive comprehensive demand generation strategies across digital, event, and thought leadership channels to achieve revenue targets and optimizing the buyer journey.
  • Design and execute ABX campaigns to target key accounts effectively in partnership with sales.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, maximize ROI, and enhance marketing performance continually.
  • Build and lead a high-performing demand gen marketing team focused on client acquisition, cross sell and retention.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data informed continuous improvement across the marketing department.
  • Collaborate closely with other functional marketing teams, sales, product, and others to align on go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation initiatives.
  • Get the most from our agency partners and tech stack to increase impact of our demand gen strategies on key revenue metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and implement growth hacking techniques to maximize lead generation across major platforms.

What will give you an advantage:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years' experience as a demand gen leader with a track record of contributing to the growth and success of the company, HR tech and B2B SaaS being preferable.
  • Experience with core marketing technologies including: Salesforce (CRM) , Pardot (Marketing Automation), Demand Base (Intent/ AMB) .
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaign performance and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic demand creation and generation campaigns that align to business goals.
  • Strong experience in branding, positioning, and market messaging.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong, direct communication and presentation skills.
