You will be working from home reporting into the Toronto office and handling performance marketing (Paid Search) campaigns for US clients.


The duties and responsibilities of POSITION include but not limited to:


The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of managing Google, Meta/IG ads with proven high ROAS for campaigns. The role requires a savvy marketer who can take new product ideas from conception to fruition and scale with potentially unlimited ad budgets.


The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Candidates must be creative, display "out of the box" thinking, and value having a direct impact on the success of the company. You should be a proven expert in facebook ads.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


● Manage, analyze, optimize and grow existing Google, Facebook, Instagram, campaigns

● Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs)

● Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these findings

● Optimize campaigns by testing new targeting, placements, and other implementations

● Work with designers to optimize and test new ad creative and landing pages

● Market research and brainstorm new product and marketing ideas

● Manage a diverse portfolio of brands, applications and websites that support them


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS


●3+ years of experience acquiring users through Google, Meta/IG Ads

●Experience in generating ideas for optimizing and testing display ad creative

●Strong creative skills, come up with ad concepts and work with designers to bring them to life

●Strong communication, oral and written skills

● Ad Copywriting skills

●Exceptional problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills

●Intrinsically motivated to achieve company and personal goals

●Thrives in a fast-paced industry and evolving work environment

●Experience in the industry is a plus (desktop application download space)

●Bachelor's degree (preferably in business, marketing, statistics, math or a related field)

●Oral and Written fluency in English
