Allied Health Psychology department is a growing, dynamic team comprised of approximately 21 EFT of neuropsychologists, clinical psychologists and health psychologists. The service operates across both the City and Royal Park campuses providing the highest level of care to both inpatients and outpatients. There is a strong culture of clinical research in both teams with high levels of research activity.


Your new role:

Provide governance and professional leadership of high quality, evidence-based psychology services to patients to meet service demand. Work with Director of Psychology to implement psychology research within the hospital. Manage operational activities for Allied Health Psychology. Manage and implement the psychology workforce education strategy.


About you:

An APAC approved post-graduate qualification to Masters or Doctoral Level in Clinical Neuropsychology or Clinical Psychology Full registration with the Psychology Board ofAustralia Endorsement in your area of speciality (Clinical Neuropsychology or Clinical Psychology) Completed supervisor training and up-to-date with masterclasses At least 10 years of experience as a psychologist Well-developed skills in psychology assessment, diagnosis and intervention Previous clinical experience in a public medical health setting
