About the Psychological Trauma Recovery Service (PTRS) Inpatient Unit:
"Ward 17" is a specialist 20 bed inpatient unit providing treatment to adults with trauma related mental health conditions. The mutidisciplinary team work with a trauma specific, holisitc approach, providing individual and group-based interventions.
About the role
The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is a recognised clinical leader within the inpatient nursing team, working closely with the NUM and medical leads to ensure the provision of evidence-based nursng care and foster a positive team culture.
A regular day will see you:
Deliver high quality, trauma specific care Provide oversight and leadership of daily operations in the unit Share clinical experitise through role modelling, and provision of guidance and supervision Actively contribute to team culture and a safe working enviornmentAbout you
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
