Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage survey projects from inception to completion
  • Perform property line and field topography surveys
  • Prepare existing site condition plans
  • Oversee construction stakeout activities
  • Supervise and mentor survey department staff
  • Handle project and staff scheduling
  • Coordinate with clients municipal and regulatory agencies
  • Attend meetings to present plans

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying
  • Experience: 5 years of related experience (both field and office)
  • Licensure: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) preferred especially with a PA license
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent project management and leadership abilities
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
