In one sentence
Work in close collaboration with the Customer Business Unit (CBU), Global Marketing, and the Americas region (USA, Canada & LATAM) to build a balanced strategy that addresses divisional as well as corporate growth goals. Define, implement, and manage the overall marketing strategy and programs within a region in line with the regions' sales growth objectives.
What will your job look like?
You will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligning with both divisional and corporate growth goals. Analyze local market trends to create targeted brand awareness, thought leadership, and value propositions.
- Organize customer workshops, Amdocs-specific conferences, and participate in regional industry events. Initiate direct outreach programs, including managing contact databases.
- Localize and deliver sales enablement activities and tools, such as regional sales training, market insights, customer evidence, and collateral.
- Plan, execute marketing and sales strategies for target accounts in the region. Identify and support customer reference partners within specified regions.
All you need is...
- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred but not required).
- 5 years of marketing experience in local markets, including 2 years in account-based marketing.
- Minimum 5 years in the Financial Services industry, with experience working with technology providers.
- Proven ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization without direct authority.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in building market awareness, brand development, and public relations.
- Demonstrated experience working with industry bodies, local analysts, financial institutions, and marketing agencies.
